This is likely because you have cookies disabled in your browser. Either of the following solutions should correct the problem; however, Solution 1 is a more secure option:
Solution 1To change any personal information such as your email address or your User Name and Password, please:
You should be able to retrieve any full-text items that your institution has licensed access to and you are entitled to. However, if your institution doesn’t license it, you won’t be able to access fulltext unless you have a personal subscription (in which case a login will appear), OR it is "Open Access" (we have included all open access links we know of).
If you VPN into your worksite and use "Remote Access" to a computer there, you can conduct searches on that computer as if you were physically present within the worksite (and gain access to resources that are restricted to onsite use).
If you conduct a search from outside your worksite campus and don’t use Remote Access, you will need to use a proxy or portal to access full text.
This is likely because you have a pop-up blocker installed in your Internet browser. You can correct this problem by either of the following fixes. NOTE: Using either of the options above should allow PubMed to open. If you still are unable to access PubMed, please contact us at Accessss@mcmasterhkr.com.
Solution 1If at times you search from within your university and at others from within the hospital, you will likely find that they do not have the same journal and text licenses.
Feel free to ask the institution to license evidence-based resources for any they don’t now have (you can always ask!).

While getting exactly the resources you want may not always be easy depending on your location, etc, Accessss is set up to find the current best evidence at several levels of the 5S pyramid. So if you can’t get it from, say, DynaMed Plus, try one of the other resources!
The link to eCPS is available on the External Links page. eCPS is available on the e-Therapeutics site (as part of the Health Science Library's subscription to e-Therapeutics).
